Once we receive your order we will contact you to advise that your order is ready for collection.
Upon arriving at our carpark please phone 02) 4229 5556 and we will bring your order out to your car contact free.
You may return most new, unopened & undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. We do not refund for change of mind. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your online account, click on 'Resolution Centre' and follow the prompts to complete the details of your refund/return dispute. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or credit note once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds or cfredit notes will be dedided by Management on a case by case basis. All returmned items much be in their original packaging and as new condition. Please retrun goods ina safe package to avoid damage where possible.

Instore return option?
If you woud like to return and item instore, please complete the online 'Resolution Centre' form prior to coming in so we can process things accordingly.
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. (Note that there are restrictions on some products).
When you place an order, you will see we have currently placed a flat rate shipping fee of $15. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weighted very high, therefore there will be an additional shipping fee applied depending on the weight and destination of your order. We will contact you via emial to upate your shipping costs, once the updated shipping costs have been paid your order will be shipped.
If you would like an estimate of your shipping costs prior to processing an order, save your order as a quote on your account and then please contact us direct on 02) 4229 5556 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will see the quote on your file and be able to estimate the shipping costs for you prior to you finalising your order.
